Meditation is a space to slow down, listen, and return to yourself. It is not about emptying your mind or “doing it right.” It’s about creating space to notice, to feel, and to gently come back into a relationship with yourself.
I offer meditation as a guided supportive practice tailored to your nervous system, your experiences, and your goals.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, these sessions meet you where you are.
Meditation is not one-size-fits-all. Sessions will likely include guided meditation for grounding, clarity, and emotional regulation, body-based awareness practices to reconnect with sensation and release tension, breathwork and sound (such as humming or mantra) to support nervous system regulation, visualization and imagery (safe calm place, inner resources, or symbolic work), mindfulness-based approaches to build awareness without judgment, meditative movement or stillness practices influenced by yogic traditions.
Each session is intentionally designed to support both psychological healing and personal/spiritual exploration, depending on your needs.
These services may be especially supportive if you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from your body, struggle with racing thoughts or difficulty slowing down, are working through trauma and want a gentle, resourced approach, are a yoga practitioner or spiritually curious and want deeper guidance, and or want to build a consistent, meaningful meditation practice.
You do not need prior experience. You don’t need to “be good” at meditation. You just need a willingness to show up.
As a licensed therapist trained in EMDR and trauma-informed care, I approach meditation with an understanding of how the nervous system, memory, and emotional processing interact.
This means practices are paced and regulated, not overwhelming, you are never pushed into an altered state you’re not ready for, meditation can be used to support therapy goals, not bypass them, and for those who are interested, sessions can also incorporate yogic philosophy, chakra-focused practices, and contemplative or spiritual frameworks in a grounded, accessible way.
Meditation is not about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise, the tension, and the survival patterns.
This is a space to slow down, to listen, and to come back home to yourself.
